Cheese Ball.

 CHEESE BALLS.
Ingredients.
  • 100 g flour.
  • 50 g margarine/ butter.
  • 500 ml oil for deep frying.
  • 1 level tsp baking powder.
  • 1/2 beaten egg.
  • A little milk to mix.
Methods.
  1. Sift the flour with baking powder.
  2. Rub in the margarine with finger tips until mixture is crumbly.
  3. Add half of the grated cheese.
  4. Add the beaten egg and sufficient milk to form fairly stiff dough.
  5. Heat oil.
  6. Use the teaspoons to shape the dough into small balls and deep fry until golden brown.
  7. Arrange on a plate and sprinkle the grated cheese.
  8. Serve while still hot.
