Cheese Biscuits.

 CHEESE BISCUITS.
Ingredients.
  • 75 g plain flour.
  • 50 g cheese. (grated)
  • 25 g sugar.
  • 25 g margarine.
  • A Little milk to mix.
Methods.
  1. Sift the flour into a mixing bowl.
  2. Rub the fat into the flour until the mixture is crumbly.
  3. Add in sugar and 1/2 of the grated cheese.
  4. Add suffice milk to form stiff dough.
  5. Turn out on a floured pastry board and knead the dough lightly.
  6. Roll out the dough into squares or fingers or use fancy cutters.
  7. Brush with milk or beaten egg and sprinkle the remaining grated cheese.
  8. Put on a greased baking tray.
  9. Place on the middle shelf of the moderate oven, 180-190 degrees or reg 4-5 and bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Cool on a wire rack and serve on a plate.
