Fruit Punch.

 FRUIT PUNCH.
Ingredients.
  • 2 oranges.
  • Slice of pineapple.
  • 2 liters of water(syrup)
  • 1 lemon.
  • Slice of water melon.
  • 2 tsp tea leaves or 150 ml alcohol.
  • 1 lime.
  • 2 passion fruit.
Methods.
  1. Peel the pineapple, put the peel in a pan with the water.
  2. Add rind of lemon and crushed ginger.
  3. Bring to boil and leave to simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Add tea leaves or alcohol if used and strain into a clean container.
  5. Leave to cool.
  6. Juice all the fruits and strain together.
  7. Add the cooled tea mixture. Add syrup to taste.
  8. Serve with ice cubes if desired.
