Passion Fruit Squash.

  • 1 cup juice of passion fruits.
  • 1/2 cup water.
  • 1 dsp potassium mete bisulphate.
  • 3 cups sugar.
  • Ginger juice (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp citric acid.
  1. Dissolve sugar in 1 cup of water and filter it.
  2. Place it on fire and add citric acid into it. When the solution becomes thick,remove it from the fire.
  3. Add juice of passion fruit and ginger juice into it and stir well. Simmer the contents again stirling continuously.
  4. Bring to boil and remove from fire and allow it to cool.
  5. When the solution cools, take 1/4 cups of juice from it dissolve potassium meat bisulphate in it.
  6. Pour this to the remaining squash and stir well.
  7. Store the squash in a airtight bottle.
